Scopo e attività

Stiamo cercando un Software Engineer Junior altamente motivato e competente per unirsi alla nostra struttura Group Technology & Services, con una forte attitudine per il settore finanziario, le piattaforme di trading e una buona comprensione del funzionamento dei mercati finanziari, della negoziazione e della quotazione di strumenti cash e derivatives. Il candidato ideale sarà coinvolto principalmente nelle attività di automazione dei test e progettazione/sviluppo di moduli software per l'integrazione delle nostre piattaforme di trading con i mercati finanziari e con l'architettura della Banca.

In tale contesto si avrà l'opportunità di:

  • Progettare, sviluppare, mantenere ed eseguire test automatizzati per garantire la qualità e l'affidabilità delle piattaforme di trading
  • Collaborare con altri membri del team per migliorare continuamente i processi di testing e l'efficienza complessiva dei sistemi
  • Analizzare e riportare i risultati dei test, fornendo feedback per il miglioramento continuo
  • Progettare e sviluppare moduli software per l'integrazione delle piattaforme di trading con vari mercati finanziari e i sistemi interni alla Banca
  • Fornire supporto tecnico per i moduli sviluppati, risolvendo eventuali problemi e bug in modo tempestivo
  • Mantenersi aggiornati sulle best practice di testing e sviluppo software e sulle nuove tecnologie nel campo delle piattaforme di trading e dei mercati finanziari
  • Approfondire le conoscenze sul mondo della finanza e in particolare negli ambiti mercati finanziari, trading, market making, position keeping creando valore aggiunto nella gestione dei processi applicativi
  • Utilizzare le procedure dell'area di riferimento ed i tool aziendali per lo sviluppo sw e la test automation
  • Acquisire competenze nella metodologia di gestione di un servizio informatico
  • Acquisire tecniche di analisi e di progettazione di soluzioni informatiche specializzate sulla finanza
  • Imparare a relazionarti con altri uffici della direzione IT, con gli utenti operativi e con il business della Banca
Esperienza Richiesta

1-2 anni di esperienza in progetti IT a medio/alta complessità preferibilmente nel contesto digitale bancario, finanziario o settore creditizio.

Qualifiche Richieste, Skills e Competenze
  • Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria del Software o campo correlato.
  • Competenze di programmazione in Java, VBA, C/C++, Python, GIT Jenkins, Maven/Ant e scripting
  • Capacità di sviluppare script e framework di test automation utilizzando tool come ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) e UFT (Unified Functional Testing).
  • Conoscenza di base delle piattaforme di trading come ION e Tbricks.
  • Conoscenza di base dei database per la gestione dei dati finanziari e dei sistemi operativi Linux e Windows.
  • Conoscenza lingua inglese almeno livello B2
  • Comprensione dei concetti di negoziazione e quotazione degli strumenti finanziari, conoscenza dei mercati finanziari e delle dinamiche che li caratterizzano.
  • Esperienza pregressa nella progettazione e nell'implementazione di test automation per piattaforme di trading.
  • Conoscenza di altri strumenti di testing
  • Familiarità con i concetti di Continuous Integration e Continuous Delivery.
