About Our Client

Our client is an Italian industrial group participated by a private equity fund.

Job Description

The Chief Executive Officer will have the following responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the company's vision and strategy to maximize growth and profit in the agricultural and construction sectors
  • Identify and capitalize on emerging market opportunities
  • Oversee all company operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance
  • Manage supply chains, production, logistics, and distribution
  • Identify growth opportunities and develop commercialization strategies to expand the company's international presence
  • Create and implement effective sales plans to penetrate new markets and meet the needs of existing customers.
  • Conduct strategic analysis and valuations of merger or acquisition opportunities to expand the company's portfolio
  • Have advanced skills in value assessment, negotiation, and acquisition integration
  • Build and lead a talented team, providing direction, support, and inspiration to achieve company goals.
  • Manage human resources, training, and staff development
  • Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, business partners, financial institutions, and regulators
  • Effectively represent the company in various platforms and contexts
  • Ensure the company's financial stability by effectively monitoring and managing the balance sheet, cash flow, and profitability
  • Manage financial risks and longterm financial planning.
  • Promote a culture of innovation within the company and lead the development of new products and solutions to meet market needs
The Successful Applicant

The Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or a related field, MBA degree will be considered a plus
  • Proven Experience as a CEO or in a senior leadership role in a manufacturing company, preferably in the building & construction, agriculture or building materials sector
  • Experience in overseeing a business of a company participated or controlled by a Private Equity
  • Solid experience in international trade
  • Demonstrated ability to expand the company's business into new markets
  • Documented successes in evaluating, negotiating, and integrating M&A; transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead the company to financial and operational success
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
