- Analisi del Software Esistente: Analizzare il software PLC esistente per comprendere appieno la logica di controllo, la configurazione dei dispositivi di campo e la gestione dei segnali analogici e digitali.
- Manutenzione Preventiva: Identificare e risolvere proattivamente eventuali difetti o inefficienze nel software PLC per prevenire malfunzionamenti e ridurre i tempi di inattività non pianificati.
- Interventi Correttivi: Risolvere tempestivamente e in modo efficace problemi o guasti nel software PLC che possono influenzare le operazioni produttive, eseguendo diagnosi approfondite e applicando soluzioni mirate.
- Ottimizzazione delle Prestazioni: Effettuare regolazioni e aggiornamenti al software PLC per migliorare le prestazioni del sistema, ottimizzare i tempi di ciclo e massimizzare l'efficienza operativa.
- Supporto Tecnico: Fornire supporto tecnico agli operatori, al personale di manutenzione per garantire un funzionamento senza problemi del sistema.
- Documentazione e Reporting: Mantenere documentazione accurata sulle attività di manutenzione svolte, inclusi interventi correttivi, aggiornamenti del software e ottimizzazioni delle prestazioni, e fornire report regolari al team di gestione.
- Formazione: Condurre sessioni di formazione e aggiornamento per il personale tecnico sull'uso e la manutenzione del software PLC, garantendo una corretta comprensione delle procedure operative.
- Esperienza di almeno 1,5 anni in ambienti industriali
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia parlata che scritta, per facilitare la comunicazione in contesti internazionali
- Conoscenza approfondita dei linguaggi di programmazione PLC in particolare della famiglia Siemens, come Ladder Logic, Structured Text o Function Block Diagram.
- Capacità di eseguire diagnostiche complesse e risolvere efficacemente problemi nel software PLC.
- Familiarità con i principi di ingegneria elettrica e la gestione dei segnali analogici e digitali.
- Abilità nel documentare accuratamente le attività di manutenzione e preparare report dettagliati.
- Capacità di lavorare in modo autonomo e gestire efficacemente le priorità in un ambiente industriale dinamico.
- Ottima conoscenza dei software di programmazione:
- CTI (WorkShop, WorkBench)
- Siemens (MicroWin, Step7, TIA, WinCC Flexible, Proface, Starter)
- RockWell (RSLogix5000)
- Cognex(Insight Evplorer, Vision Pro)
- Ottima conoscenza delle reti industriali (Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet, Modbus, Canbus)
- Capacità di programmazione per sistemi di visione, con competenze specifiche su piattaforme Cognex e Basler
- Capacità nell'implementazione di circuiti ed impianti pneumatici, con familiarità su dispositivi come SMC e Festo
- Conoscenza dei regolatori PID
- Capacità di lettura di schemi elettrici e documentazione tecnica
- Laurea Triennale/Magistrale
