SALES SPECIALIST - SETTORE HYGIENE

Siamo alla ricerca di candidati con attitudine ed esperienza nella vendita e una grande conoscenza del mercato, dei fornitori e dei servizi relativi al settore dell'igiene.

La risorsa riporterà direttamente al Senior Sales Manager all'interno del mercato Small Medium Business, e avrà un ruolo centrale insieme ad altri specialisti nel favorire lo sviluppo del business igiene.

Si avrà la responsabilità nella gestione delle seguenti attività :

- identificare le esigenze e le necessità dei clienti stimolando nuove opportunità commerciali attraverso la tua conoscenza tecnica dei prodotti e servizi relativi al business Hygiene offerti dall'azienda;
- Acquisire nuovo business Hygiene attraverso un'intensa attività di prospezione su un panel di clienti assegnati;
- Stabilire obiettivi con il cliente, fornendo supporto per raggiungere gli accordi concordati attraverso la definizione di un piano d'azione chiaro, incontri di follow-up e adottando azioni correttive quando necessario;
- Presentare in modo efficace i nostri prodotti e servizi, evidenziando i loro vantaggi e le soluzioni personalizzate per le esigenze dei clienti;
- Interagire e collaborare in modo proattivo con i colleghi Field Sales Account e con tutti gli altri reparti aziendali per cogliere e sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali in ambito Hygiene e garantire la migliore customer experience di ciascun cliente;

Sviluppare autonomamente opportunità, seguire le lead generate dai colleghi Field Sales Account e fornire loro guida, affiancamento e formazione tecnica.
