Sales Expert - Catania - Contratto a tempo determinato Costruiamo un futuro senza fumoIn Philip Morris International (PMI), abbiamo deciso di fare qualcosa di incredibile: trasformare totalmente il nostro business e costruire un futuro senza fumo.In qualità di Sales Expert, ti occuperai di coinvolgere i fumatori adulti per aumentare la conoscenza dei prodotti senza combustione e offrirne la prova e l'acquisto, in linea con le policy e le procedure aziendali. Interagirai direttamente con i fumatori adulti in punti vendita prevalentemente indiretti; potrai avere la possibilità di operare anche in altri punti vendita, sia permanenti che temporanei (esclusi i punti di vendita diretta).L'obiettivo dei Sales Expert è quello di far conoscere i prodotti senza combustione, anticipando e risolvendo dubbi o preoccupazioni. Potrai anche promuovere la fedeltà dei consumatori esistenti attraverso interazioni nei punti di contatto e stabilendo relazioni con i rivenditori per valorizzare i rapporti con i clienti.Le attività specifiche comprendono:
• Presentare i prodotti ai consumatori adulti nei punti vendita e in altre località selezionate, contribuendo a raggiungere gli obiettivi di vendita (acquisizione e obiettivi qualitativi).
• Garantire interazioni di alta qualità con i consumatori, al fine di comprendere e adattarsi alle esigenze e alle domande.
• Costruire relazioni con il consumatore e aumentare la conoscenza dei prodotti senza combustione, attraverso prove guidate e momenti di brand education.
• Impegnarsi con il rivenditore e il suo staff per sfruttare le loro interazioni con i clienti e aumentare le possibilità di interagire direttamente con i consumatori per offrire la prova o la vendita dei prodotti.
• Aggiornarsi costantemente riguardo regolamenti locali, linee guida, policy e procedure. Seguire best practices, utilizzando una comunicazione efficace nell'interazione con i clienti, con l'obiettivo di soddisfare gli standard di qualità.
• Contribuire ai risultati di business raggiungendo i KPIs assegnati.Chi stiamo cercando:
• Laurea triennale/magistrale; diploma di maturità con esperienza in ruoli commerciali
• Residenza/Domicilio nelle aree limitrofe alla work location indicata; eventuale disponibilità al trasferimento in altre città in Italia
• Competenze analitiche/logiche/matematiche
• Eccellenti capacità comunicative
• Eccellenti competenze relazionali e di negoziazione commerciale
• Capacità di adattamento e flessibilità
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
• Patente di guida rilasciata da almeno 12 mesi
• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel e PowerPoint)Rappresentano un plus per il candidato:
• Laurea in Economia, Ingegneria o materie scientifiche
• Precedenti esperienze commerciali in ambito FMCG
• Abilità di lavorare in un contesto complesso e con deadline stringenti
• Buona gestione dello stress
• Team player, positive attitude e proattività
