The Product Manager, as a Customer Journey Expert, is responsible for analyzing our customers' issues, prioritizing them based on business goals, and effectively conveying them to your Squad Current Account. With them, he manage the end-to-end process of solution development, from conception to adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Generation of ideas for integration and improvement of the product conto corrente;

  2. Definition and drafting of business specifications, supported by benchmanking analysis and business case;

  3. Coordination of the work team and monitoring of the progress of the project in order to ensure delivery within the set deadlines;

  4. Identification of selling points for marketing and communication activities;

  5. Monitoring of the post-release phase and reporting of the results achieved

    Competencies:

    • Master's or bachelor's degree, postgraduate or equivalent background in Economics, Management

    • Engineering and similar is desirable

    • 3+ years of working experience in banking or financial services. Product Management / Current Account would be a plus

    • A remarkable knowledge of Banking/Current Account market is needed, including innovation trends, benchmark and competitors' overview

      Soft Skills:
