About the Company: for an IT Technology company based in Milan, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an IT Account Manager.Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop, promote, and maintain relationships with assigned active clients to help them grow;
  • Develop new relationships with leads generated from marketing activities to acquire new clients;
  • Manage all sales phases from qualification to negotiation, including solution testing in collaboration with the technical support team;
  • Achieve agreed goals monitored by company and department KPIs;
  • Manage email correspondence from both personal and commercial inbox;
  • Execute assigned tasks;
  • Account phone activities, follow-ups, or personal recalls related to the pipeline;
  • Visits to clients and prospects;
  • Participation in company events;
  • In-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and self-training by following the company's identified process;
  • Weekly reporting to the CRO on the progress of the pipeline.
-Must have:
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language;
  • Experience in selling Salesforce products;
  • Interest in sales within the IT sector;
  • Basic technical skills in the infrastructure field;
  • Excellent ability to use common application software;
  • Flexibility in managing multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Teamwork attitude;
  • Motivation and positivity, relational skills, communication skills, method, and result orientation.
