RINA is looking to bring on board an Internship - International Property & Facility Technical Support in Genoa, Italy, as part of the Global Property & Facility Management Division.

Mission

To gain insight into the workings of an International Property & Facility Technical Management team.

Training Objectives
  • Optimize RINA offices to align with business requirements
  • Plan regular and special maintenance tasks for offices, including facilities like HVAC and lighting
  • Analyze current maintenance procedures, assess service providers, and suggest improvements
  • Create and oversee maintenance protocols
  • Propose solutions for new office objectives
  • Evaluate and select best alternatives following RINA standards
  • Collaborate with local teams to gather office data and specifics
  • Develop project specifications for office renovations
  • Coordinate office relocations and manage service providers selection
Desired Skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Proficient in English

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Master's Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
