Job DescriptionDescription

The Human Resources Division (CSH) develops, recommends, and facilitates the implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and services, advising management on measures and strategies for attracting, developing, and retaining a diverse, skilled, and motivated workforce. CSH administers the Organization's HR management programs, focusing on policy development, position management, recruitment, mobility, training, and social security. The call aims to identify qualified PSA Subscribers for the Learning and Performance Branch roster.

Reporting Lines:

Selected applicants will work under the Senior HR Officer's guidance and the direct/functional supervision of the HR Officer, collaborating closely with other FAO Divisions.

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • The PSA will contribute to CSH's global learning portfolio, following the latest trends and best practices.
  • Assist with vendor selection processes and monitor deliverables.
  • Support logistics for workshops and training programs.
  • Research and compile data on staff development and language training.
  • Participate in the recruitment of training service providers/language teachers.
  • Handle training requests from staff, language training, and exams.
  • Take meeting minutes with language teachers.
  • Organize language courses.
  • Manage data entry and record tracking in HR and learning systems.
  • Produce learning-related reports for planning and evaluation.
  • Research innovative learning solutions.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed.

Candidates Will Be Assessed Against The Following:

  • University/Technical degree in Learning and Development, Learning Technology, Adult Education, Communication, Languages, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in learning and training program support.
  • Proficiency in English.
Technical/Functional Skills:Project management.IT software/systems knowledge.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Conceptual, gender-sensitive, cross-cultural competency.Ability to identify creative solutions.
