Per Azienda Cliente, multinazionale del settore Metalmeccanico, ricerchiamo un/a:
BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE CON INGLESE E TEDESCO
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno del team commerciale e, riportando direttamente al Sales Manager, si occuperà di:
Identificare le esigenze dei clienti e suggerire prodotti/servizi appropriati;Gestire il cliente in tutto il rapporto commerciale;Curare l'inserimento dell'ordine, nel rispetto delle tempistiche assegnate;Elaborare report e previsioni sui risultati di vendita (settimanali/mensili/trimestrali);Affrontare potenziali problemi e suggerire soluzioni tempestive.Requisiti:pregressa esperienza nel ruolo di inside sales o back office commerciale di almeno 1-2 anni, preferibilmente all'interno di aziende di produzione;Necessaria ottima conoscenza della lingua Tedesca e Inglese;Disponibilità a trasferte;Ottima conoscenza di Excel per analisi e reportistica;Preferibile conoscenza di AS400.Completano il profilo:Orientamento al cliente;Lavoro per Obiettivi;Pensiero strategico e orientamento alla leadership;Problem Solving;Si offre:Inserimento diretto a tempo determinato/indeterminato;CCNL Metalmeccanica Industria, livello da valutare in base al profilo. RAL massima 30K + mensa interna + possibilità di Smart Working + indennità e rimborso trasferte.Orario di lavoro full time, dal lunedì al venerdì, dalle 8.30 alle 17, con flessibilità in ingresso tra le 8:30 e le 9:00 e mezz'ora di pausa pranzo.Luogo di Lavoro: Altopascio (LU).
