Introduzione

Nella Divisione IMI Corporate Investment Banking, all' Interno della Direzione Global Primary Markets & Solutions, siamo alla ricerca di ragazze e ragazzi che hanno appena conseguito una laurea magistrale in Economia e/o Finanza, con interesse per il mercato dei capitali, con un focus prevalente sui tassi di interesse.

Team working, problem solving e capacità analitiche sono le caratteristiche che stiamo cercando nei nostri prossimi colleghi.

All' Interno della struttura Corporate Solutions, lavorerai nel desk di Rates Solutions che si occupa di proporre soluzioni per la gestione del rischio relativo al movimento dei tassi di interesse per le aziende sul mercato domestico e internazionale.



Quali saranno le tue attività

Durante lo svolgimento dello stage, la risorsa supporterà i colleghi del team di Rates nelle seguenti attività:

  • analisi sia sul marcato dei tassi che dei bilanci della clientela di riferimento, con l'obiettivo di proporre una soluzione ad hoc
  • Proposizione e vendita di soluzioni per la gestione dei rischi di mercato sull'attivo e sul passivo attraverso operazioni in Derivati (OTC) su tassi

Cosa imparerai

Durante lo svolgimento del tirocinio, la risorsa avrà l'opportunità di apprendere:

  • Approfondire l'analisi di bilancio che ha studiato negli anni universitari;
  • Analizzare il mercato dei Tassi sia regolamentati che quelli OTC
  • Imparare a strutturare una soluzione di gestione di rischio tasso per la clientela domestica e internazionale
  • Imparare a lavorare con le altre strutture della Direzione Global Primary Markets & Solutions, al fine di poter offrire la soluzione più adatta alla clientela di riferimento

Requisiti necessari per candidarsi
  • Laurea in Magistrale in economia e/o Finanza
  • Conoscenza dei mercati di capitali con un focus sul mercato dei Rates;
  • Buona conoscenza degli strumenti Derivati;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office in particolare di ( excel, word e power point)

Il processo di selezione per questa posizione si articola in due fasi: svolgerai una video intervista digitale e, se avrà esito positivo, ti inviteremo a sostenere un colloquio con i colleghi della struttura interessata. In ogni caso, riceverai un feedback in merito alla tua candidatura.
