It supplies energy to 10 million European customers in the retail market with the aim of reaching 11.5 million customers by 2027. In the electric mobility sector, it has a network of thousands of charging points that will be expanded both in Italy and in Europe with the aim of reaching 40,000 points by 2027. Within the M&A team, you will be responsible for:
- Support in identifying opportunities and starting the investigation and due diligence process, up to the stages of submitting/receiving offers, negotiation, execution of contracts and closing of the operation
- Provide support in coordinating the multidisciplinary working group established for the implementation of the operation
This is the opportunity for you if you meet these requirements:- Master's degree in economic and financial disciplines, or alternatively in Management Engineering
- Maximum 3 years of experience
- Good knowledge of the English language.
