**Job Description Summary:

Job Description::
Main Responsibilities:

• Preparation and update of the DUVRI, compliance reviews, general risk assessments and other safety assessments to ensure plant compliance;
• Ensuring compliance of the contractors and employers with regards to H&S; regulation and ensure recurrent controls;
• Periodical call with contractors to coordinate and update DUVRI when needed;
• Assistance in the relationship with bodies dedicated to surveillance and control;
• Support in reporting to Clients;
• Promote incident prevention for the benefit of contractors and visitors;
• Support the HSE for System management implementation;
• Maintain positive and proactive relations with managers and employees, as well as our customers and regulatory agencies.

Key Requirements:

• Good knowledge of legislation (e.g. 81/08) and H&S; work procedures (with specific attention to Electrical Safety CEI regulations and work at heights);
• Problem solving approach, oriented to solutions;
• Familiarity with conducting data analysis and reporting statistics;
• Knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices;
• Proficient in MS Office;
• Good organizational skills;
• Diligent with great attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and explain health and safety topics.
