Apple Sales Specialist

Job Purpose:
In TDSYNNEX, we are seeking a Sales Specialist Apple to join our team.
The specialist will concentrate on our Apple Business, managing assigned accounts, and gaining in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and vendor pricing. In this role, you will be involved in Apple operations, delivering exceptional service by handling customer requests and orders while collaborating with the internal structure at TD SYNNEX.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong resellers and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrating specialized product knowledge
- Contribute to active inside selling by collecting relevant customer information and developing short, medium, and long-term activities
- Handle reporting and customer backorders using specialist knowledge
- Manage projects from end to end or pass them to pre-sales for technical requirements
- Provide, sell, and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions
- Ensure TD SYNNEX meets service level agreements with customers, assisting in issue resolution
- Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement
- Communicate the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and the Company's value proposition
- Develop partner relationships including account planning and cross-selling
- Offer accurate and timely quotations
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Passion or curiosity for the IT sales ecosystem. Knowledge of the product set is a plus but not mandatory
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and excel in a sales environment
- Understanding of sales processes
- Effective communication and attention to detail
- Strong priority management and planning skills
- Commitment to achieving targets
- Excellent relationship-building skills
- Fluent in Italian and proficient in English
