Core responsibility:
  • Sviluppare e attuare strategie commerciali efficaci per incrementare le vendite nei mercati esistenti e penetrare in nuovi mercati asiatici;
  • gestire e rafforzare le relazioni con i distributori attuali, massimizzando le loro performance e supportandoli nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi di vendita;
  • identificare e attrarre nuovi distributori nei diversi paesi asiatici, assicurando un'integrazione efficace nella nostra rete commerciale;
  • collaborare con i team tecnici per garantire una comprensione approfondita dei prodotti e offrire supporto qualificato ai distributori;
  • analizzare i trend di mercato per cogliere tempestivamente opportunità di crescita e adattare le strategie di vendita di conseguenza;
  • preparare report dettagliati sull'andamento delle vendite e sul raggiungimento degli obiettivi, riportando direttamente all'Amministratore Delegato.
- Must Have:
  • Almeno 4 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Sales Manager, preferibilmente in aziende che operano nel settore del software o tecnologie correlate;
  • comprovata capacità di sviluppare e mantenere relazioni commerciali efficaci e di lungo termine;
  • esperienza nella gestione e espansione di reti di distributori;
  • ottime capacità comunicative e negoziali in italiano e inglese;
Nice to Have:
  • Esperienza pregressa nel settore del software CAD 3D;
  • capacità di analisi di dati di mercato e competenze avanzate nell'uso di CRM e strumenti di reportistica;
  • formazione specifica in gestione delle vendite o marketing internazionale.
