Your Challenge:

As a Cybersecurity Engineer in our Customer Services division, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and security of industrial systems. Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Design Solutions: Implement robust measures to protect critical systems and data within industrial manufacturing environments
  • Technical Excellence: Execute a wide range of technical tasks, including installation, commissioning, maintenance, and system evaluation.
  • Prioritization: Determine task priorities and schedule actions accordingly.
  • Customer Support: Provide second and third-level user support both remotely and on-site.
  • Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing internal tools, processes, and data repositories.
  • Compliance: Enforce relevant processes and regulations.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with sub-contractors and monitor project delivery.
  • Innovation: Participate in technical design and development for service offerings.

  • Cybersecurity Expertise: Proven experience in cybersecurity and familiarity with industrial networking and related norms.
  • Educational Background: Degree in cybersecurity, automation, electronics, computer science, telecommunications, or electrical engineering.
  • Customer Focus: You're oriented toward delivering exceptional service to our clients.
  • OT Knowledge: General understanding of OT technologies (SCADA, PLCs, HMIs).
  • Growth Mindset: Passion for continuous learning and personal development.
  • Respect and Collaboration: Appreciation for diversity and a willingness to share knowledge.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Eligibility: Authorized to work in Italy.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel as needed.
