We are seeking an enthusiastic sales partner to make an impact in our fast-paced retail environment and help take Under Armour to new heights. As part of our team, you'll collaborate with individuals dedicated to helping you reach new levels, grow your potential, and achieve more.
WE RELY ON OUR TEAM MEMBERS TO:
- Provide exceptional customer service, from a warm greeting to efficient checkout
- Recommend the best footwear and apparel to each customer
- Share their knowledge and passion about our products
- Restock, organize, and maintain store cleanliness
- Work in both sales floor and warehouse areas, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Passion for our performance-driven brand
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Fluency in the local language and/or English
- Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work well within a team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varied hours
YOU WOULD BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
- Previous work experience (preferred, not required), especially in a customer-facing role
The Sales Associate contributes to achieving sales goals and store KPIs by embodying the brand values to provide athletes with a unique experience when visiting Under Armour. This role reports to the Store Manager and is responsible for executing routine tasks to support store operations. The Sales Associate performs Warehouse Specialist duties in their absence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Sales and Omni-Channel Approach
• Provide athletes with direct assistance to achieve sales goals and KPIs set by the Store Manager
• Address omni-channel requests following UA processes and policies through the digital experience
Brand Image and Customer Experience
• Embody UA's service culture and meet customer expectations
• Convey brand messages to athletes in line with UA's service model
• Integrate product knowledge into the sales process through training participation
Retail Sales Operations
• Maintain merchandise and displays to standards
• Adhere to UA policies and procedures
• Handle operational and cash processes (manual or automated) in line with training
• Follow Under Armour's dress code and attendance policies
• Adhere to work schedules as per Under Armour's attendance policy
Team Collaboration/Personal Growth
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve store objectives
• Take ownership of personal development and seize growth opportunities to enhance performance
• Basic math, reading, writing, listening, and communication skills
• Proficiency in the local language
• Computer and other technology skills
• Proven collaborative abilities and capacity to work well within a team
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• 0-3 months of experience in retail stores selling sports apparel and footwear
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet business needs (including holidays, nights, and weekends)
