About the Role:
The chosen candidate will play a vital role in enhancing Chloè's product quality across various categories such as Leathergoods, Shoes, and Fashion Accessories. They will be an integral part of Chloè's Industrial Team located in Scandicci (FI), responsible for overseeing development stages and leading a production team.
How You Will Make an Impact:
Specifically for the Shoes, Fashion Accessories, and Leather goods department, your key responsibilities will include:
Quality in Development (80%):
- Being the owner of risk analysis for finished products in collaboration with designers, marketing, and industrial teams both before and after showroom presentations
- Actively participating in risk analysis for raw materials such as metal hardware, fabrics, leather, and subcomponents
- Contributing to technical reviews
- Establishing quality testing guidelines for finished goods and supporting quality testing on raw materials by defining quality tolerances for production
Quality in Production and Network/Management (20%):
You will lead a team of 2 individuals based in Scandicci (FI): 1 Quality expert focusing on Leather goods and 1 Quality expert handling Shoes and Fashion accessories (external resource). They will oversee quality in production & network management, including tasks such as:
- Validating main milestones in industrialization
- Validating pre-series products
- Setting up production and conducting in-line quality control
- Monitoring external QC partners at the end of the production line
- Compiling and communicating production KPIs
- Conducting in-production quality control
- Monitoring before-sales claims
How You Will Experience Success with Us:
- 10 years of experience in quality management, preferably in Shoes/LG/Bijoux (experience leading a team is a plus)
- Additional experience in industrialization and/or production would be beneficial
- Technical knowledge of key components of finished products, such as leathers, fabrics, and metal parts
- A data-driven and proactive approach with a focus on achieving excellence
- Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is advantageous
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Effective leadership skills
- Open-minded, positive, rigorous, and organized in your approach
