Obiettivo posizione:
Gestire con un elevato standard qualitativo l'organizzazione degli Eventi esterni ed interni della Fondazione Banco Alimentare collaborando con i colleghi di tutte le Aree operative, con la Rete territoriale del BA e gli stakeholders di riferimento al fine di trasmettere in modo ottimale la Mission di Banco Alimentare.
Descrizione Attività principali:
- Organizzazione di Eventi istituzionali della Fondazione Banco Alimentare a livello nazionale gestendo le seguenti attività:
- Coordinamento ideazione e progettazione del "concept" degli Eventi e definizione dei target;
- Realizzazione presentazioni per riunioni/call di preparazione interne e con gli stakeholders di riferimento;
- Ricerca location e definizione dei materiali di supporto;
- Coordinamento con l'attività di comunicazione;
- Gestione contatti con Relatori e con Fornitori esterni;
- Monitoraggio costi e Reporting;
- Analisi post Evento attraverso attività di raccolta dati e identificazione di KPI per misurarne l'efficacia;
- Coordinamento della partecipazione di Fondazione BA a Fiere ed eventi esterni;
Requisiti Preferenziali:
- Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nell'organizzazione, con responsabilità diretta, di Eventi preferibilmente del settore non-profit;
- Consolidate capacità organizzative e multitasking;
- Capacità di pianificazione, monitoraggio tempi/costi e reporting;
- Capacità relazionali a tutti i livelli e di lavoro in Team;
- Capacità di lavorare in autonomia e con responsabilità diretta;
- Approccio operativo concreto e proattivo;
- Adattabilità, disponibilità e capacità di gestione dello stress;
- Buona/Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata;
- Ottima conoscenza del sistema operativo Windows e in particolare di Excel e Power Point;
- Condivisione della Mission di Fondazione Banco Alimentare Onlus;
- Disponibilità a saltuarie trasferte sul territorio nazionale;
