We currently operate over 35 hotels in Europe's prime locations—and the list keeps growing.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure guests have a safe and memorable stay
  • Oversee guest well-being from check-in to check-out
  • Act as the main contact for visitors like suppliers and technicians
  • Handle guest questions, guide them to local attractions, and manage operational tasks
  • Embrace a multicultural work setting with a focus on inclusivity
  • Stay flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Be a team player, always ready to support other departments

YOUR PROFILE

  • Minimum 1 year of night audit experience
  • Passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences
  • Outgoing and enjoy a dynamic work environment
  • People-oriented and a team player
  • Familiar with front office systems like ASSD, Fidelio, or SIHOT
  • Fluent in English (Min. B2) and Italian
