HR Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated HR Assistant to support our team at the brand-new Hampton by Hilton Isola Nuova. In this essential role, you will assist in various HR functions, contribute to a positive work environment, and help ensure that our team is equipped to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare and administer HR-related documents, ensuring data accuracy
- Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and collaborating with hiring managers
- Ensure hotel team complies with relevant health and safety regulations
- Lead and/or support HR projects organized by the management company
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures
- Provide support to employees throughout their entire employee lifecycle, starting with employee onboarding
- Coordinate and organize the celebration of employee birthdays and other company events
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Requirements:
- Work experience in human resources
- Knowledge and understanding of labor legislation, as well as HR functions and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Commitment to delivering best employee experience
- Hands-on approach
- Fluency in English is a must
