Objective: The Commis de Cuisine is responsible for assisting and supporting the kitchen brigade in all necessary tasks for all services to ensure a smooth and efficient running of the operations.
Qualifications :
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Learn and memorise ingredients and recipes given from Chef
- Follow instructions according to Chefs directives
- Keep a clean and tidy work station at all times
- Follow recipes according to HACCP guidelines
