Become a part of our Automation Team in Parma focused on Filler machines. Design state-of-the-art machines and collaborate with a dynamic team, driven by innovation and hands-on solutions. Your Mission
  1. Ensure the design (automation, HMI or electrical) related to an equipment.
  2. Respect the guidelines & rules in development.
  3. Participate in the functional analysis, FMEA.
  4. Procure all technical documents linked to the project.
  5. Contribute to projects related to open innovation.
  6. Manage a dedicated team and coordinate resources to deliver the projects on time in full.
  7. Coach and develop team members to further grow their skills to meet organizational needs.
  8. Provide the required inputs about the budget and reporting needs to the Automation Manager.
  9. Act with a continuous improvement mindset and propose improvements in terms of processes, tools, or technologies to the Manager.
Your Profile

Level of Education and Languages:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, SAP knowledge
  • Language Requirements: English, written and spoken; Fluency in Italian

Required Experience and Skills:

  • PLC/Motion/Hardware/network/Mechatronic/safety skills
  • Experience in machine development is a plus
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as in cross-functional and international teams
  • Proactive, strong problem solving/analytical attitude
  • Availability to travel
