Descrizione del ruolo:

Stiamo cercando due figure di Sales con un'esperienza maturata nell’ambito dei servizi logistici e/o del trasporto merci, per supportare la nostra crescita nel mercato italiano. Il candidato ideale avrà un forte orientamento al cliente, capacità relazionali eccellenti, una buona predisposizione all'apprendimento, intraprendenza e proattività. La persona sarà inserita nel team commerciale dell’azienda, riportando direttamente al Direttore Commerciale.


Responsabilità principali:

  • Supportare il Direttore Commerciale per lo sviluppo di nuove opportunità di business, identificando mercati e settori in crescita, collaborando alla creazione delle strategie per l'acquisizione di nuovi clienti e rafforzando la presenza dell'azienda sul territorio italiano.
  • Sviluppare e mantenere relazioni a lungo termine con i clienti esistenti, identificando possibilità di crescita ulteriore dei fatturati (upselling).
  • Contribuire fattivamente allo sviluppo delle vendite raggiungendo i risultati ed i target di Gruppo, individuando e procacciando nuovi clienti in linea con le direttive commerciali.
  • Collaborare con il team commerciale e con i colleghi di altri settori per elaborare soluzioni personalizzate per i clienti.
  • Supportare e gestire il processo di negoziazione e chiusura delle vendite.
  • Monitorare e analizzare i risultati di vendita, elaborando report periodici.
  • Mantenere aggiornati i sistemi CRM.

Requisiti:

  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in ruoli commerciali o di vendita.
  • Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali.
  • Orientamento al cliente e spiccata attitudine al problem solving.
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che parlata.
  • Familiarità con i sistemi CRM sarà considerata un plus.
  • Disponibilità a muoversi sul territorio.
