Position Summary:

Nel ruolo di Sales Advisor ti occuperai dell'accoglienza del cliente, fornirai un servizio autentico e personalizzato in grado di soddisfare gli obiettivi di customer service e di vendita assegnati. Grazie alla tua passione per il contatto con la clientela, per la nostra Azienda, i prodotti e servizi, ti assicurerai che ciascun cliente viva un'esperienza di acquisto ispirazionale, formativa ed unica. Le tue ottime competenze relazionali ti permetteranno, inoltre, di costruire rapporti collaborativi con il resto della squadra cosicché, tutti insieme, riusciate a raggiungere gli elevati standard di visual merchandising richiesti dall'Azienda. Qualifications

  • Precedenti esperienze in ambito retail o servizi, con preferenza settore cosmesi.
  • Capacità a fornire un servizio al cliente ispirazionale, autentico e personalizzato.
  • Disponibilità a lavorare in accordo con gli orari del punto vendita, inclusi il sabato e la domenica ed eventuali turni serali e anche in occasione di eventi promozionali.
  • E' gradita una precedente esperienza di utilizzo di gestionali retail.

I candidati devono essere in possesso dei requisiti per poter svolgere l'attività lavorativa in Italia.
