At Starhotels we are all thrilled for the new opening of the Teatro Luxury Apartments, in the heart of Florence, in Summer 2025.

As Sales Manager, your mission is to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities for our property.

Your responsibilities include:
  1. Analysing local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads and to recommend strategies that keep the Teatro Luxury Apartments a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business.
  2. Developing and implementing a strategic plan to increase sales and incremental business.
  3. Assisting the other departments in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term and value-based customer relationships to meet the set expectations.
  4. Assuring proper after-sales follow-up with customers to obtain supportive feedback on service and product delivery in order to identify and address possible areas of improvement.
  5. Coordinating with the Head Office Sales team.
  6. Ensuring that Starhotels sales policies and procedures and SOPs are adhered to at all times.

  8. Versatility in handling various work scenarios.
