Per l’ampliamento della struttura di ViiV Healthcare, stiamo cercando uno Specialist Representative da inserire nell’area terapeutica dell'HIV.

Il/la candidato/a selezionato/a svolge secondo le direttive aziendali e nel rispetto del Decreto Lgs 219/06 attività di informazione scientifica presso gli operatori sanitari rilevanti, illustrando loro le caratteristiche farmacologiche e terapeutiche dei farmaci al fine di assicurarne il corretto impiego.

Riferisce all’impresa le osservazioni che emergono dal colloquio con l'operatore sanitario e in particolare le informazioni sugli effetti secondari dei farmaci.

Nell’ambito delle normative di legge in materia, può essere chiamato a svolgere, secondo le necessità aziendali, ulteriori attività, sempre nell’area di pertinenza che comportino competenze, esperienze e responsabilità.

Aggiorna costantemente le proprie conoscenze scientifiche e di ruolo anche con il supporto degli strumenti/ruoli aziendali preposti:

  1. Identifica – anche attraverso lo scambio informativo coi colleghi di territorio - i fabbisogni di informazione scientifica degli operatori sanitari e sulla base delle indicazioni aziendali propone al proprio responsabile piani di visita/attività coerenti.
  2. Garantisce una comunicazione efficace e coerente con i bisogni degli operatori sanitari.
  3. Contribuisce alla creazione e all'implementazione del key account action plan per il territorio in modo collaborativo secondo la strategia nazionale.
  4. Sollecita l’intervento dei colleghi delle funzioni di Sede (Accesso, medica, etc) laddove appropriato.
  5. Assicura che tutti gli stakeholder dei Centri siano mappati.
  6. Salvaguarda la reputazione aziendale attraverso comportamenti improntati al rispetto delle normative vigenti e dei codici e regolamenti aziendali (Codice Etico, procedure, etc).
  7. Ottempera agli adempimenti amministrativi o di legge richiesti dall’Azienda entro i tempi stabiliti.

Requisiti essenziali:

Siamo alla ricerca di professionisti con le seguenti competenze:

  1. Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia, Scienze Biologiche, Chimica con indirizzo organico o biologico, Farmacia, …(vedi Decreto Legge 219/2006);
  2. Sede di lavoro: Abruzzo, Marche, Molise;
  3. Residenza: Ancona o Pescara;
  4. Capacità di lavorare in team e in modo proattivo;
  5. Orientamento verso il cliente interno ed esterno.

Esperienze preferenziali:

Le seguenti caratteristiche saranno considerate un plus:

  1. Consolidata esperienza nel ruolo;
  2. Ottima la conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point, e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
  3. Completano il profilo spiccate doti analitiche, disponibilità ad apprendere e mettersi in gioco, comprovate capacità comunicative e relazionali insieme a una buona dose di curiosità;
  4. Esperienza pregressa nell'ambito infettivologico o in altre aree specialistiche.
