Leader globale nell’innovazione di soluzioni energetiche e ingegneria di sistemi avanzati, è alla ricerca di un Energy Engineer per unirsi al team di ricerca e sviluppo presso la sede di Firenze, all’interno del polo che si occupa prettamente di Ricerca & Sviluppo.

Principali responsabilità:

La risorsa sarà coinvolta in progetti di modellazione, analisi e ottimizzazione di sistemi energetici avanzati, con particolare attenzione alle applicazioni off-grid e tecnologie di microreti. L'obiettivo è sviluppare soluzioni innovative per migliorare le prestazioni dei sistemi di generazione e stoccaggio energetico.

Responsabilità principali:

  • Analizzare e modellare sistemi energetici e unità di generazione/stoccaggio, integrando fonti rinnovabili.
  • Formulare problemi di ottimizzazione e implementarli in codici proprietari o nuovi (principalmente in Python).
  • Proporre e sviluppare nuove tecnologie e strategie per migliorare le prestazioni dei sistemi energetici, con un focus su efficienza e sostenibilità.
  • Studiare e implementare approcci innovativi di ottimizzazione per applicazioni off-grid, come microreti e sistemi marini, con l’obiettivo di aumentare la robustezza dei prodotti.
  • Collaborare con team interdisciplinari per la ricerca di soluzioni energetiche all’avanguardia, contribuendo alla crescita della capacità tecnologica dell'azienda.


Principali caratteristiche richieste:

Requisiti:

  • Laurea magistrale in ingegneria energetica, elettrica, meccanica, matematica o informatica, con almeno 1 anno di esperienza in un settore rilevante o Dottorato di Ricerca in ingegneria energetica.
  • Conoscenza applicata di impianti per la produzione di energia, inclusi centrali elettriche, CHP, stoccaggi termici/elettrici, smart grid e fonti rinnovabili.
  • Esperienza base nell’utilizzo di algoritmi di ottimizzazione (MILP, NLP, Algoritmi Genetici) per migliorare l'efficienza dei sistemi energetici.
  • Competenze in Python o in linguaggi simili come MATLAB o Julia.
  • Forte capacità analitica e attitudine alla risoluzione di problemi complessi legati ai sistemi energetici.
