This is an amazing opportunity for a hardworking Graduate/ Master's student who is interested in making a difference at Kraft Heinz The position will be part of the Activation & Trade Services team in Milan, reporting to the In Store Excellence Manager.

Every internship offers outstanding opportunities to develop new knowledge and skills, gain real business experience, get exposure to senior leadership and attend tailored trainings.

As an intern, you will take ownership of projects and work closely with the business on day-to-day challenges. The delivery of analysis and reports will be your primary responsibility.

You will be joining a successful and passionate team, alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will constantly look for improvement activities within Italy.

In brief, your responsibilities will be:

  1. Actively supporting the implementation of in-store activation plans
  2. Sales and market trends analysis (sell in and sell out analysis)
  3. Playing an active role in coordinating promotional activities in stores involving Sales Field Force
  4. Crafting communication and POP materials for our Sales channels
  5. Providing ideas and following projects for activities and process improvement

Hard Skills

  • Master's Degree (achieved or close to be achieved)
  • Proficient in English and Italian
  • Good command of MS office, especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong Affinity with Sales and/or data analytics: looking to be trained in real business life conditions.
  • Communication Skills: You’ll easily be exposed to senior management, no matter your level. Therefore, it’s important you have excellent communication skills, to deal with all kinds of different stakeholders.

Contract: internship (curricolar or extracurricolar)

Start Date: January 2025
