Siamo alla ricerca di un candidato per la posizione di:EMEA FMS Installation and support engineer

Il candidato verrà inserito all’interno del team di installazione e convalida che opera a livello europeo e si occuperà di fornire assistenza tecnica ai nostri clienti, interfacciandosi costantemente anche con altre funzioni di business tra cui marketing, ricerca e sviluppo e calibrazioni.

Il candidato si occuperà nello specifico di effettuare attività di calibrazione ed installazione di tutte le nostre attrezzature utilizzate per il monitoraggio della contaminazione di aria, liquidi e gas, sia nel nostro laboratorio che on site, presso i clienti.

Attività specifiche:
  • Configurazione, calibrazione e installazione hardware, da eseguire presso il laboratorio dell'ufficio e presso la sede del cliente.
  • Comprensione dell'URS, valutazione del rischio, matrice di tracciabilità, creazione di specifiche e documenti di convalida.
  • Installazione e configurazione del software.
  • Integrazione del sistema nel dominio del cliente.
  • Attività di project management secondo le best practices PMI.
  • Validazione di progetti sia da remoto che sul campo.
  • Supporto tecnico ai clienti: Demo, manutenzione, risoluzione dei problemi, reporting, formazione specifica, sia da remoto che sul campo.
  • Collaborazione con il Dipartimento di Calibrazione per supportare le attività programmate sia in ufficio che in loco durante i picchi di carico di lavoro.
IL CANDIDATO IDEALE:

Sei il candidato ideale se possiedi i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea in Ingegneria Elettronica/Elettrica o Informatica, verrà considerato come requisito anche il possesso di un diploma presso un qualsiasi Istituto Tecnico Professionale superiore purché il candidato/a abbia 5 anni di esperienza professionale nel ruolo.
  • 2+ anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile.
  • Conoscenza di reti IT, creazione e configurazione di macchine virtuali, VNC, DameWare, VMware, vSphere, Hyper-V, controller di dominio, policy di dominio, integrazione di domini, scripting di PowerShell, CAD, TeamViewer, Office365.
  • È richiesta disponibilità a trasferte di lavoro in Italia e all'estero.
  • È richiesta una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e orale, la conoscenza delle lingue tedesco/francese costituirà un plus.
  • Disponibilità a viaggiare pari al 30%.
