Purpose of the Position:

  1. Support the Customer in preparing the Company Cars destined for the Press;
  2. Make sure that the cars are ready for the Press;
  3. Logistics management of the vehicles;
  4. Ensure the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the vehicles;
  5. Test drive to monitor:
    1. The correct functioning of the car engine;
    2. The correct functioning of the infotainment;
    3. Condition of bodywork and wheels;
    4. Presence of noise or diagnostic problems;
  6. Interface with Customer departments to resolve any problems.

Authorities:

  1. To self-manage technical cases and enquiries that:
    1. Manage the Press Vehicle Park according to the stakeholder’s needs;
    2. Do not require any escalation;
    3. Do not go beyond the assigned tasks.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

  1. Good knowledge of the Windows operating system and Outlook application;
  2. Good knowledge of Automotive technology;
  3. May be required to drive vehicles and therefore should have a valid driving license and be capable of driving manual and automatic transmission vehicles;
  4. Good verbal and written communication skills;
  5. Good inter-personal (people-handling) skills;
  6. Analytic skills / Problem solving / Process orientation;
  7. Adaptable / Assertive;
  8. Ability to work under stress;
  9. Able to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  1. Technical Skills Certified;
  2. Basic Technical education with dealer experience will also be considered.

Experience:

  1. A few years (greater than 2) automotive experience in Staff positions (senior level or equivalent) at Dealer Workshops in case of Basic Technical education.

Languages:

  1. Fluent Italian;
  2. English level: B1 of CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages).

Working Pattern:

  1. 40h weekly;
  2. Mon/Fri;
  3. Based in Customer Site, Milan.
