About us:

We are seeking an innovative Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the technical team, analyzing project briefs, compiling progress reports, identifying risks, and formulating work schedules.

Collaboration will be pivotal in achieving our objectives, making motivation of your team an essential aspect of the role.

In addition to managing the team, a successful Tech Lead should possess a continuous learning mindset and adept problem-solving skills. Building and nurturing enduring professional relationships while upholding accountability and trustworthiness are also key attributes.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and ownership.
  • Define and implement modern development practices to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Provide technical direction and guidance to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to exceed project requirements.
  • Track and manage software delivery to meet business objectives.
  • Provide support, coaching, and guidance to engineering teams.
  • Operate autonomously within the Engineering circle.
  • Contribute technical insights during pre-sales.
  • Stay updated on technology trends and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and support recruitment efforts.
Main requirements

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field.
  • Natural leader comfortable building and nurturing teams.
  • Thrives in entrepreneurial environments, eager to tackle challenges.
  • Strong communicator with a knack for solving problems with technology.
  • 4+ years in Engineering, 3+ years leading teams to success.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies and large-scale system design.
  • Creative, adaptable, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent English skills;
