ADDETTO/A BUSINESS INTEGRITY

Attività:

  • Supporto alla definizione ed implementazione dei controlli relativi alla Compliance ex D.Lgs.231/01 e Anticorruzione e alla verifica della corretta adozione ed efficacia degli stessi.
  • Assistenza alle attività relative al processo di certificazione dei Sistemi di Gestione (es. ISO 37001, ecc.).
  • Supporto nell’aggiornamento e mantenimento del modello Antifrode.
  • Supporto nello svolgimento delle attività di Compliance/Integrity Due Diligence.
  • Supporto nelle attività di verifica di secondo livello negli ambiti presidiati.
  • Assistenza nella predispozione della reportistica al Consiglio di Amministrazione, all’Organismo di Vigilanza e verso Capogruppo.
  • Supporto nello sviluppo e aggiornamento del Risk Assessment, supportando il top management nell’identificazione dei rischi chiave e delle azioni di mitigazione.
  • Supporto nell’aggiornamento e mantenimento del modello di Business Continuity.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Economia/Giurisprudenza.
  • Esperienza di 1-2 anni preferibilmente in ambito Audit, Risk Management, Compliance e/o Controllo Interno.
  • Preferibile provenienza dal settore Costruzioni.
  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
  • Buona conoscenza dell’inglese (livello B2).

Soft Skills: Capacità di leadership, ottime doti relazionali, decisione e proattività.

Giorni e orari di lavoro: dal lunedì al venerdì dalle 9:00 alle 18:00 con 2 giorni di smartworking a settimana.

Sede di lavoro: Roma (zona est, nei pressi di Settecamini).

Inquadramento:

Tipologia contrattuale: Contratto a tempo indeterminato.

CCNL Edilizia (14 mensilità).

RAL compresa fra 32.000 e 40.000 Euro + ticket restaurant da 11 Euro al giorno + welfare.
