Description du poste :

La risorsa, supervisionata dalla Reservations Manager, si occuperà di esaudire le richieste di prenotazione basandosi sulla disponibilità della struttura e sulle preferenze dell'ospite, fornisce assistenza all'ospite nella pianificazione e nella prenotazione dei servizi di accoglienza e allo stesso tempo collabora con il settore Sales per massimizzare l'occupazione della struttura.

La risorsa si occuperà di: − Gestione di telefonate, e-mails e corrispondenza relativamente a richieste e conferme di prenotazioni; − aggiornamento delle disponibilità e delle prenotazioni effettuate sui sistemi operativi; − gestione dei pagamenti, sospesi, rimborsi e partite aperte; − gestione del pagamento delle commissioni

The resource, supervised by the Reservations Manager, will fulfill reservation requests based on facility availability and guest preferences, provide assistance to the guest in planning and booking guest services while collaborating with Sales to maximize facility occupancy.
The resource will be responsible for: - Handling phone calls, e-mails, and correspondence regarding reservation requests and confirmations; - Updating availability and reservations made on operational systems; - Handling payments, suspensions, refunds, and open matches; - Handling commission payments

Contratto a tempo determinato da aprile a novembre 2024 con possibilità di conferma per la stagione successiva

Disponibilità full time da lunedì a domenica con un giorno di riposo

Fixed-term contract from April to November 2024 with possibility of confirmation for the following season
Flat-rate CCNL Tourism
Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off
Room and board (apartment with two-bed room and service)

Description du profil :

Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel medesimo ruolo in hotel 4/5 stelle e/o Relais & Chateaux

Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta e di una seconda lingua; La conoscenza di una terza lingua è fattore preferenziale; Gestione delle prenotazioni dirette, telefoniche e via e-mail, e tramite il Channel Manager e i vari canali e portali di vendita; Conoscenza e capacità di utilizzo dei principali sistemi di prenotazione e dei principali gestionali alberghieri Conoscenza dei principali siti di booking online e dei principali tools informatici (pacchetto office)

Forte motivazione e orientamento al risultato; Spiccate doti comunicative, relazionali e organizzative; Precisione, capacità di analisi e attitudine al problem solving;

Flessibilità e spirito di adattamento; Massimo impegno e senso di responsabilità

Experience of at least 2 years in the same role in 4/5 star hotels and/or Relais & Chateaux

Excellent command of spoken and written English and of a second language; Knowledge of a third language is a preferential factor; Management of direct bookings, by phone and e-mail, and through the Channel Manager and the various sales channels and portals; Knowledge and ability to use the main booking systems and hotel management systems Knowledge of the main online booking sites and the main computer tools (office package)

Strong motivation and results orientation; Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; Accuracy, analytical skills and aptitude for problem solving;

Flexibility and spirit of adaptation; Maximum commitment and sense of responsibility
