About this vacancy

La risorsa sarà impiegata principalmente nella gestione delle seguenti attività:

  • Progettazione di dettaglio di tool di produzione e qualifica
  • Sviluppo documentazione tecnica di tool/attrezzature di produzione e qualifica
  • Gestione approvvigionamento dei tool sviluppati anche in ottica di cost reduction
  • Analisi di dettaglio per parziale riutilizzo di tool esistenti in termini funzionali ed eventuali procedure per adattarli
  • Sviluppo documentazione producibilità prototipi in ottica di Process Improvement
  • Analisi difettosità di prodotto con impatto diretto sul programma di riferimento
  • Dimensionamento, qualifica e manutenzione dei processi di produzione alla base della realizzazione del prodotto (tecnologia SMT, ESD, FOD, assiemaggio elettromeccanico)
  • Attività volte al miglioramento dei flussi di lavoro ed efficientamento dei processi produttivi e gestione dei rischi di produzione attraverso analisi dei processi con metodologia FMEA (P-FMEA)
What we expect from you

Competenze specialistiche

  • Laurea specialistica in Ingegneria ad indirizzo meccanico
  • Esperienza pregressa, anche minima (2 anni), nel ruolo o in ruoli similari in realtà aziendali di medie o grandi dimensioni in ambiente industrializzazione/produzione.
  • Esperienza in modellazione 3D/disegno tecnico
  • Conoscenza di software per modellazione 3D

Requisiti aggiuntivi

  • Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
  • Conoscenza anche accademica di metodologie Six Sigma
  • Conoscenza degli standard di montaggio unità: VPX, ARINC, VME
  • Utilizzo dei software SAP (modulo produzione) e PLM (PTC)
  • Conoscenza anche accademica di metodologie di Lean Production
