Il tuo ruolo:

Riportando al CFO/CAO di tutte le società italiane del Gruppo in Italia, sarai responsabile: del controllo delle spese relative alle Funzioni di Supporto (Finance, Legal, IT, HR, Procurement, Communication, etc) con verifica del rispetto dei Target assegnati e reportistica trimestrale; della predisposizione di alcune scritture contabili per le chiusure mensili e trimestrali; della verifica del rispetto dei principi contabili IFRS, in collaborazione con i controller di sito e l’ufficio di contabilità; della predisposizione e sottomissione di questionari richiesti da Enti terzi (Banca Italia/Istat/Farmindustri/Università, etc), ricavando le informazioni richieste da tutte le fonti aziendali; gestirai la relazione e le richieste da parte della Società di revisione.

Chi sei:
  • esperienza di almeno 5 anni come Controller in società multinazionali acquisendo capacità di gestione autonoma del reporting, della financial e/o business analysis
  • esperienze aggiuntive in aree complementari del Finance come il Tax e la Tesoreria saranno valutate positivamente
  • leadership, proattività e capacità di influenzare team a livello cross-funzionale
  • ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
