Key responsibilities of the role:

1. Be a trusted technical advisor for customers while delivering exceptional support service on a day-to-day basis
2. Build up strategic and durable partnerships with our key customers in the region
3. Development of ADI business at all regional customers in Italy
4. Identification and management of new business opportunities/new customers/startups for ADI and bring them to win
5. Understanding customers’ objectives and requirements and anticipating their challenges
6. Leverage on ADI’s solutions value by positioning our products, demonstrating evaluation systems/boards and generating new upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Qualifications:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or an equivalent professional qualification
2. 5+ years experience at board/system electronic design level or previous experience as Field Application Engineer
3. Experience in the semiconductor market and in solution selling
4. Highly motivated, energetic and positive attitude required
5. Team player and ability to adapt to changing situations
6. Self-motivating and taking initiative
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills
8. Excellent relationship building skills
9. Proficiency in Italian and English language
10. Willingness to travel 3 to 4 days a week, valid driving license and passport
