Für unser EOS-Team suchen wir einen CRM Consultant für Microsoft Dynamics 365 für den Hauptsitz in Bozen. Du bringst eine Arbeitserfahrung von mindestens drei Jahren in dieser Rolle mit.
Zu deinen Aufgaben zählen:

du berätst und begleitest den Kunden häufig auch direkt vor Ort, in allen Phasen der Implementierung der CRM-Lösung: von der Analyse über die Konfiguration bis hin zum Go- Live der Softwarelösung; du bist verantwortlich für die Erstellung der Dokumentation der Geschäftsanforderungen, sowie für die Konfiguration und Anpassung der Microsoft Dynamics-Anwendung an die Geschäftsanforderungen des Kunden. du führst die Testläufe der Microsoft Dynamics CRM-Software beim Kunden durch; du schulst die Keyuser, um eine erfolgreiche Anwendung der Microsoft Dynamics Lösung zu gewährleisten;

Was du mitbringst:

Abschluss einer Oberschule oder eines Hochschulstudiums mit Schwerpunkt Wirtschaft, Marketing oder Informatik Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung mit einem CRM Produkt, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics Genaue Kenntnis der Unternehmensprozesse, im speziellen im Bereich Verkauf und Marketing gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch, Italienisch und Englisch; Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise und große Einsatzfreude; selbstständiges, kunden- und problemlösungsorientiertes Arbeiten, auch im Team sowie eine hohe Beratungskompetenz; Führerschein B
