Who We Are Looking For:

  • High-Profile Agents: With a solid track record of success demonstrated by significant real estate transactions at a national or international level.
  • Global Negotiation Skills: Proficient in managing real estate transactions with a deep knowledge and understanding of the dynamics of the global real estate market.
  • Possession of Real Estate License: Preferably with additional certifications as proof of specific acquired skills.
  • Multilingualism: Preferably with language skills that facilitate communication in international contexts (English is essential).
  • Consolidated Network: A solid and established network of contacts in the global real estate sector.
  • Top-Level Customer Orientation: Dedication to excellent customer service, the ability to manage the needs of a high-profile international clientele by building lasting relationships with buyers and sellers.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems: Proficient in using CRM systems and other highly innovative management tools.
  • Ability to Work Independently and as part of a Team: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a predisposition for teamwork.
  • Managerial Skills in Negotiation and Closing Real Estate Deals: With an approach oriented towards client needs, achieving assigned results, strong Problem Solving ability, Lateral Thinking, and Positive Thinking in a Win-to-Win logic.
  • Ability to establish relationships with clients, prominent figures in the territory, both Opinion Leaders and representatives of local institutions.
  • Leadership, authority, chemistry, high professional skills suitable for the operational context and reference players.
