Job description:

As Managing Director, Business Development sectors within Wholesale Banking (“ING WB”) Italy, you and your team are responsible for promoting business opportunities with a specific focus on prospect clients across various sectors, particularly corporates based in Italy and non-Italian subsidiaries of clients operating in other countries and active in Italy. You will manage a small but growing team, playing captain with a pro-active attitude, and you feel comfortable in an international setting. Your role requires teambuilding in an agile work environment and effective long-term relationship building with the ING international network and your clients at multiple levels, thereby representing ING’s full service pallet and solid reputation. The position is pivotal to enable the growth plan of ING WB in Italy.

Your role & work environment:

For managing its client portfolio, the team works closely together with PAMs, RAMs, LAMs, product specialists, and sector teams across the world. You are located in the Milan office as part of the ING WB Italy team, and you will be reporting hierarchically and functionally into the Head of Sector Coverage Italy.

With this setup, we aim to be our clients’ preferred banking partner, in Europe and specifically in Italy.
