Our Sales Representative is responsible for establishing winning sales strategies and partnerships with the accounts of the assigned area to drive commercial results and profitable market share growth within all the Product Categories.

Based in Italy (ROME) and reporting to the Sales Team Lead, as part of the role, you’ll:
- Drive the ASICS brand’s business development in the assigned area and portfolio.
- Roll out Commercial Plans with key customers following the global ASICS strategy.
- Ensure continuous monitoring of sell-outs and the order book, as well as cost-effective and reliable supply/delivery for the account.
- Work within the agreed ASICS trade terms and the agreed distribution framework with assigned customers.
- Join a solid team, showing ownership of shared projects and being proactive in working on them.
- Get the consultant role for the assigned customer panel, create partnerships, and have a modern and complete view of the business development.
- Measure progress on own KPIs.
- Monitor and report customers’ and competitors’ activities and propose/initiate/take actions.
- Provide realistic plans and forecasts on customer performance and ensure customer agreement compliance.
- Five years of relevant work experience.
- A relevant qualification.
- Industry experience in preferably sport and fashion.
- Sales expertise, project management skillset, and ability to develop and implement a commercial strategy.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office programmes.
