I'm Hiring: Global Vet Manager
Location: Naples

For an International Customer Company in the Food Sector, we are hiring a European Vet Manager for the Naples Plant with frequent trips abroad.

Core Responsibilities:
  1. Building, coordination and management of the European Vet Manager Team and Vet sales reps;
  2. Training of the new Vet HR and products features;
  3. Establishment of standards and KPIs to track the performances of the single person/team;
  4. Contribute to organization's goals and objectives and enhance market share and sales performance;
  5. Prepare trade promotional plan, in agreement with the commercial director, in designated channel with crucial customers;
  6. Develop, supervise and improve procedures to link entire marketing activities with sales team activities;
  7. Leading activation programs with partners to improve brand visibility;
  8. Creation of new materials, trainings and procedures for the Vet Channel;
  9. Execution of new projects and roll out planning in all the countries;
  10. Negotiation with chains of clinics, Hospitals and Universities;
  11. Develop and maintain good relations with business partners (stakeholders, buyers, KOL);
  12. Work closely with colleagues from other departments and Country Managers;
  13. Support distributors with marketing actions in the vet channel;
  14. Ability to lead, manage, and motivate a team of local Vet teams;
  15. Vet budget building and monitoring;
  16. Vet Plan building and monitoring;
  17. Vet events and opportunities for cooperation;
  18. Vet performances monitoring;
  19. Implement and participate in improving the company Vet Strategy.

Job Requirements:
  1. University degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Communication;
  2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience;
  3. Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills and strong business acumen;
  4. Detail oriented;
  5. Positive and can-do attitude;
  6. Able to work under pressure;
  7. Inclusive leadership style;
  8. Excellent English;
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office;
  10. Willingness to travel;
