In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Achieves a defined set of regional procurement objectives, most notably for supplier risk management, savings, and ensuring PO/Contract placement.
  • Ensures high engagement with sales and project teams.
  • Develops, motivates, and mentors buyers supporting the region.
  • Leads strategic projects and negotiations.
  • Mitigates execution risks related to buy-out content.
  • Defines procurement strategies and supplier selection in coordination with Project Managers.
  • Drafts supplier contracts.
  • Evaluates supplier performance.
  • Manages issues related to buyouts and suppliers.
  • Leads relationship improvement and challenges with the global supply chain team to mitigate market trends that could potentially impact the company’s overall third-party goods and services operations.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Commerce or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in procurement, ideally in a project environment.
  • Fluent in English and Italian as a must, any other European languages as an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

  • Strong personality with the ability to connect with all levels within and outside of the organization.
  • Master's degree or equivalent experience in Procurement or Supply Chain preferred.
  • Managerial (project or people) experience as an advantage.
