Radiologica Romana cerca Marketing & Communication.

La risorsa, in coordinamento e sotto la supervisione del Top Management, avrà il compito di sviluppare e implementare le attività di marketing e comunicazione online e offline per le Società del Gruppo.

Responsabilità:

  • Definire, pianificare e gestire le attività di marketing online e offline, in linea con gli obiettivi strategici e commerciali definiti dal Top Management;
  • Pianificare e progettare piani editoriali di pubblicazione e campagne di comunicazione online e offline al fine di promuovere e consolidare la brand identity e la brand awareness delle Società del Gruppo;
  • Monitorare i tassi di conversione delle campagne e migliorare le performance dei siti web aziendali e dei social media;
  • Analisi di andamento e report periodici;
  • Pianificare e organizzare eventi e open day;
  • Supervisionare i Graphic Designer e progettare il materiale digital e cartaceo, promozionale e divulgativo per le Società del Gruppo;
  • Gestire i rapporti e i contratti con Fornitori, Agenzie Pubblicitarie e di Comunicazione;
  • Monitorare e gestire la costumer satisfaction;
  • Gestione degli account social aziendali e Google My Business.

Requisiti:

  • Laurea in Marketing, Comunicazione o titoli equipollenti;
  • Esperienza di almeno due anni maturata nel ruolo;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti e strategie di Digital Advertising (in particolare G-ADS e Meta), SMM – SEO – SEM, Google Analytics, Google Search Console e i principali tool di analisi e monitoraggio web – social media;
  • Ottima conoscenza dei principali pacchetti informatici, in particolare dei programmi Microsoft Excel e Word (livello avanzato) e del pacchetto Adobe, in particolare AI e PS;
  • Ottima conoscenza della suite Google Workspace;
  • Spiccate doti creative;
  • Eccellenti doti comunicative, verbali e scritte;
  • Capacità di lavorare sotto stress e di rispettare le deadline;
  • Disponibilità immediata.

Titoli Preferenziali:

  • Master o corsi di specializzazione in Digital Marketing/Web Marketing;
  • Conoscenza del linguaggio HTML;
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

Completano il profilo una forte proattività, attenzione al dettaglio, orientamento al problem solving e capacità di lavorare in team.

Si offre:

Contratto a tempo indeterminato studi professionali con 14 mensilità. Il compenso ed il contratto saranno commisurati alle effettive capacità e competenze del candidato prescelto. Non saranno prese in considerazione le candidature prive dei requisiti indispensabili richiesti.
