We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Validation Test Engineer to join our client in Turin, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing test cases for software validation through local simulations and toolchains, identifying and testing requirements, writing test cases in Python, and providing structured feedback to the team lead. This role involves working with ADAS/Autonomous Driving features, electronic architecture, and various network and diagnostic tools.


Location: Turin, Italy - Relocation assistance is available for candidates who are willing to move to Turin, Italy.

Contract Duration: Until the end of the year, with the possibility of extension.

Rate: Up to 35 EUR/h - rate will based on experience.


Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute test cases for software validation using local simulations and toolchains.
  • Identify requirements needing validation, including variations of input parameters, and create logical scenarios for evaluation.
  • Write test cases in Python, debug, and resolve test issues using required tools.
  • Evaluate new possible pipelines entering the company.
  • Provide structured feedback to the team lead and support the team in resolving issues with new test cases.


Requirements:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent engineering degree from an ABET-accredited university.


Technical Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of ADAS/Autonomous Driving features and related electronic architecture.
  • Over 3 years of experience in Software-in-the-Loop (SIL), Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL), or bench testing.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of CAN and Automotive Ethernet networks, software testing toolsets, and languages.
  • Knowledge of network and diagnostic test protocols and tools (e.g., INCA, Canalyzer, Canoe).


Other Requirements:

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).


Recruitment Process:
