Stiamo cercando un Data Center Operator altamente motivato e competente per gestire e mantenere il nostro datacenter di Milano via Caldera.
Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile delle operazioni quotidiane, assicurando che i nostri servizi di colocation, hosting e cloud operino in modo efficiente e senza interruzioni.
Responsabilità:
- Monitorare e mantenere le attrezzature del datacenter per garantire prestazioni ottimali e affidabilità.
- Eseguire attività di installazione, configurazione e aggiornamento di hardware e software.
- Implementare e mantenere le misure di sicurezza del datacenter per proteggere i dati e le risorse aziendali.
- Rispondere prontamente a incidenti e guasti, diagnosticando e risolvendo problemi tecnici.
- Collaborare con team interni ed esterni per garantire la continuità del servizio e il miglioramento delle infrastrutture.
- Assicurare il rispetto delle procedure operative standard (SOP) e delle politiche di sicurezza.
Requisiti:
- Esperienza pregressa di 2 anni nella gestione di un datacenter o in un ruolo simile.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle infrastrutture IT, inclusi server, reti, storage e sistemi di alimentazione.
- Capacità di risolvere problemi tecnici in modo efficiente e tempestivo.
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione e capacità di lavorare efficacemente in team.
- Disponibilità a lavorare su turni e ad intervenire in caso di emergenze fuori orario.
- Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica o campo correlato è un plus.
- Certificazioni pertinenti (come CompTIA Data Center, RHCSA) saranno considerate un vantaggio.
