Senior Cost Calculator (f/m/d)

Mansioni:

• Preparare il lavoro da stimare raccogliendo proposte, progetti, specificazioni e documenti correlati

• Identificare i requisiti di manodopera, materiale e tempo studiando i documenti relativi

• Calcolare i costi analizzando i requisiti di manodopera, macchinari, impianti, materiali e tempo

• Presentare la stima preparata assemblando e visualizzando informazioni numeriche e descrittive

• Mantenere il database dei costi inserendo e facendo il backup dei dati

• Esaminare e valutare le stime dei costi per i progetti in corso

• Supervisionare le diverse fasi di un progetto aziendale per garantire che le spese seguano il piano previsto

• Presentare alla direzione rapporti complessi e dettagliati

Profilo:

• Esperienza comprovata come stimatore, analista dei costi, specialista dei costi o ruolo simile

• Capacità matematiche e informatiche avanzate

• Conoscenza dei processi e dei software di gara in Italia

• Forti capacità analitiche e di problem solving

• Grande attenzione ai dettagli

• Eccellenti capacità di presentazione e comunicazione

• Conoscenza fluente dell'italiano, inglese avanzato, tedesco rappresenta un vantaggio
