Siamo alla ricerca di un Help Desk/ Sistemista Junior, in possesso di p.Iva per un nuovo progetto Enterprise.

Ruolo:

Fornirai supporto tecnico e funzionale ai clienti e risponderai alle loro richieste, collaborando anche con altri team di supporto.

Must Have:
  1. Esperienza minima nella mansione, possibilmente in contesti di grandi dimensioni;
  2. Esperienza in Network Operations & Service Management;
  3. Conoscenza di Microsoft Windows Office;
  4. Conoscenza di Linux/Unix;
  5. Dinamismo e capacità di problem solving;
  6. Proattività e voglia di imparare.
Nice to Have:

Buona padronanza della lingua inglese (livello B2+).

SEDE:

Napoli (lavoro ibrido su turni).

Contratto e benefit:
