POSTING PRESENTATION:

Job Scope:

You will be a contributor to the STMicroelectronics manufacturing facility start-up, moving to operations support in the ramp-up and mass production phases.

Main assignments for You will be:

  1. Define appropriate levels of materials inventories, in order to keep the line running.
  2. Insert the request for material purchase according to inventory status vs targets and lead times.
  3. Plan and execute the selection of materials to be withdrawn daily from the warehouse, matching their characteristics with the equipment and process requirements.
  4. Establish and maintain adequate protocol rules, including control on scraps & waste management.
  5. Support the setup and deployment of software solutions needed to manage manufacturing activities.
  6. Set up the scope of work and monitor the contracts for outsourced services supporting substrates manufacturing and epitaxy.

PROFILE REQUIRED:

Job Requirements:

Candidates that best fit this role should have/be:

  1. Master or Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Science, Engineering (mechanical, industrial, electronics, Automation).
  2. Bachelor degree or High school diploma with experience in production planning.
  3. Experience with material planning; cost structure is a plus.
  4. Experience in a manufacturing environment on the floor is a plus.
  5. Very good data analysis, reporting, and presentation skills.
  6. SAP knowledge is a plus.
  7. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and very good for Excel.
  8. Ability to work by objectives.
  9. Fast learner while keeping great attention to details and data accuracy.
  10. Ability to be an actor or leader of continuous improvement programs.

Education level required: 4 - Bachelor degree

Experience level required: 2-5 years

Languages: English (2 - Business fluent)
