Role Overview:

In the role of Social Media Content Moderator youll be essential in upholding the quality and safety of our online platform. Your tasks will involve reviewing and evaluating usergenerated content to ensure it aligns with our community standards and guidelines. Your primary focus will be on content in Italian so fluency in the language is crucial. Key Responsibilities:

• Content Review: ess and monitor usergenerated content including text images and videos to ensure adherence to our policies and guidelines.
• Moderation: Quickly and accurately identify and manage inappropriate or harmful content.
• Reporting: Track and report any emerging trends issues or feedback to enhance our moderation processes and community standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and management to provide valuable insights and contribute to refining our moderation strategies.
• Cultural Sensitivity: Use your knowledge of Italian culture to make informed moderation decisions and ensure that content management is culturally appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in Italian: Strong written and verbal communication ss in Italian are essential.
• English Proficiency: Competency in English to interact with international colleagues and handle doentation.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent ytical ss with the ability to ess content effectively.
• ProblemSolving Ss: Ability to navigate complex situations and make prompt decisions.
